We are entering an exciting new phase of growth and are looking for a commercially driven Growth & Partnerships Manager to play a central role in shaping what comes next. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional account management position. It is a role for a growth-minded operator who thrives on building trusted relationships, protecting partner value, and uncovering opportunities others might miss.
You will take ownership of key partnerships while actively identifying ways to grow mutual impact. Success in this role comes from connecting unseen dots, spotting commercial potential early, and turning relationships into meaningful outcomes. - Act as the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of UK-based partners
- Build long‑term trust through proactive communication and reliability
- Ensure partners feel supported, understood, and confident in our collaboration
- Maintain strong organisation, documentation, and follow-through
- Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships
- Support new business conversations aligned with company strategy
- Lead commercial discussions where appropriate
- Translate opportunities into tangible next steps and outcomes
- Connect insights and initiatives that unlock mutual value
- Help partners maximise fundraising impact and platform performance
- Surface insights and recommendations to drive growth
- Translate partner needs into clear internal priorities
- Champion opportunities internally to ensure delivery
- Work closely with global teams across Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Operations
- Ensure seamless execution across partner initiatives
- Balance growth ambition with operational discipline
- Experience in partnerships, account management, growth, or business development
- Strong relationship management skills with a reputation for reliability
- Commercial awareness and confidence in revenue‑related conversations
- Ability to identify opportunities and connect dots strategically
- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset
- Experience in sport, fundraising, SaaS, or purpose‑driven sectors is highly desirable
- Comfortable working with tech platforms and integrations
