We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a major Coupa Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) implementation, fully integrated with SAP S/4

HANA across AMER and EMEA. This programme spans approximately six company codes operating across two SAP S/4

HANA instances, with integrations delivered via SAP SDIS and Mule Soft. The role includes oversight of changes to supplier setups and process flows.

The successful candidate will be accountable for full project execution in line with the internal Project Management Framework (PMF) and will utilise Planview as the primary platform for planning, governance, reporting, and delivery control.

• Deliver the project end‑to‑end in full compliance with the internal Project Management Framework (PMF), ensuring all mandated stage gates, approvals, and documentation are completed.
• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, governance structure, RAID logs, and reporting through Planview.
• Lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams across business units, internal IT, and third‑party vendors including Coupa, SAP S/4
  
  HANA, SDIS, and Mule Soft partners.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies to safeguard successful delivery outcomes.
• Oversee all phases of delivery including design, build, SIT, UAT, cutover and go‑live.
• Provide clear, concise executive‑level status updates, ensuring timely escalation and alignment with PMF standards.

• Proven track record as a delivery-focused IT Project Manager, leading complex, global technology implementations.
• Strong working knowledge of Planview as a core execution and reporting tool.
• Demonstrated experience delivering within a formal enterprise PMF or equivalent governance framework.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP‑integrated SaaS platforms—Coupa and/or SAP S/4
  
  HANA strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of integrations using SAP SDIS and Mule Soft.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, vendor management, and cross‑regional coordination skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven environment with minimal supervision.
