Implementation Business Analyst – £38,000 – £43,000 | London (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week)

We’re hiring on behalf of an award-winning digital consultancy that partners with private equity-backed and high-growth businesses to deliver digital transformation and value creation initiatives.

• Gather and analyse business requirements
• Map processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Translate requirements into functional specifications
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Support solution implementation and UAT
• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams

• Experience as a Business Analyst in a digital or consultancy environment
• Proven hands on implementation experience
• Strong understanding of digital delivery and transformation
• Confident stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

As an Implementation Business Analyst, you’ll play a key role in translating strategic digital ambitions into delivered outcomes. Working closely with clients, delivery teams, and senior stakeholders, you’ll help ensure digital initiatives are clearly defined, effectively implemented, and aligned to business goals.

This is a client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys working hands-on through delivery, bridging the gap between business and technology.
