Fintech Product Lead

We’re creating a next-generation, AI-native platform from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape core customer journeys and operating models at foundation stage — not iterate on existing systems.

We’re looking for Product Leads who define outcomes, not just manage backlogs. You’ll partner closely with a Technical Lead and autonomous squads to turn strategy into shipped value using clear, versioned specifications and modern AI-assisted workflows.

• Own a product value stream across multiple squads, accountable for customer outcomes and delivery velocity
• Set the product vision and define what success looks like
• Translate commercial goals into a clear roadmap and sequencing plan
• Write high-clarity specifications (epics/features) that teams can execute confidently
• Use AI tools to improve speed, decision quality, and communication
• Align engineering, commercial, operations, and risk stakeholders
• Map end-to-end customer journeys and remove friction points
• Work with architecture to ensure scalable, API-first solutions
• Measure impact after launch and continuously improve the roadmap

• Experience leading product direction in a fast-moving environment (SaaS, fintech, big tech, or regulated platforms)
• Comfortable making trade-offs and communicating decisions clearly
• Experience working across multiple teams/squads
• Strong customer and commercial judgement
• Domain knowledge in one of the following areas: onboarding, payments, accounts/core platforms, lending/decisioning, or servicing operations
• Confident using modern tools (including AI) to improve product delivery
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams

• Experience designing products for SME or commercial customers
• API or platform product experience
• Exposure to scaled agile delivery environments
• Comfortable working with version-controlled documentation (e.g., Git-based workflows)
