• Deliver high-quality Success Factors Employee Central projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Success Factors Employee Central, guiding projects from scoping to delivery.
• Lead activities such as customer workshops, solution design, configuration, integration, and support for Employee Central projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to promote collaboration and mutual success.
• Support NTT DATA Business Solutions in thought leadership activities, including industry forums, seminars, blogs, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Product Owners to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in business development activities, such as proposal generation, solution planning and demonstrations.
• Conduct workshops and document detailed designs, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
• Stay current with developments in SAP Success Factors and related technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including significant expertise in Success Factors Employee Central and Time Management (including Time off and Timesheets) and a thorough understanding of related modules.
• Success Factors Certification in Employee Central and Time Management is required; additional certifications in modules such as People Analytics would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to design and deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
• Experience integrating SAP Success Factors with other systems.
• A good understanding of data migration, configuration, and reporting tools, such as Success Factors People Stories.

• Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end implementations of Success Factors Employee Central and Time Management, including hands-on configuration, integration and testing.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
