We are looking for a Support Desk Specialist  part of the Support Desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Cobalt

FX platform. This includes system monitoring, application and infrastructure support, as well as direct interaction with clients and internal teams. You will also support core service desk activities, including incident, problem, and release management, while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.

• Monitor the Cobalt
  
  FX application suite and AWS infrastructure.
• Provide support for Cobalt
  
  FX application, server, and network stack.

• Act as the first point of contact for support issues via phone, email, or self-service portal.
• Manage incidents, problems, and releases in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

• Handle issues, change requests, and service requests from initiation to resolution.
• Identify and resolve problems and bugs in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with product teams to suggest system enhancements.

• Assist clients during onboarding and technical setup processes.
• Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external clients to ensure effective communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar support role.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification is a plus.
• Relevant professional certifications are beneficial.
• Knowledge of FX post-trade processing and the FIX protocol.
• Professional experience using AWS and UNIX systems.
• Proficient with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in Python scripting.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Experience with Mongo or No
  
  SQL databases.
• Background in fintech or high-growth tech environments.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency trade lifecycle.

This role is based in London. The position is full-time and will be reporting to the Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Candidates must be willing to work flexible shift patterns, including nights and weekends, as the Cobalt
