This opportunity is with a leading consulting firm working in the non-profit sector.
The responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Facilitate and lead discussions in workshops
- Mentor Senior Functional Consultants and Lead Functional Consultants on how to become Functional Lead
- Attend regular Tech Lead Forums and contribute to the outcomes
- Perform development reviews for members of the operational team under supervision of the Technical Development Director
- Own and contribute to the High Level Design for a Project
- Plan and execute a Data Migration as part of Project Delivery
- Assist sales with the preparation of Solution Summaries and Estimates (including pre-sales discovery workshops)
- Review and sign-off Solution Summaries and estimates produced by Sales Teams
- Support and provide mentorship to all members of your project team
