Sr Product Designer Product-Led

Position: Sr Product Designer. Growth & Product-Led Growth
Location: Greater London

This role sits directly in the path of that transformation. This is not a surface-level optimization role. You will work on foundational growth problems: turning complex enterprise workflows into intuitive self-serve experiences, designing high-trust activation journeys, and building the product systems that power adoption, expansion, and long-term engagement. You will own major parts of the growth experience end-to-end — from first interaction through to habitual usage — and partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Go-To-Market leaders to drive measurable business outcomes.

** into intuitive experiences. Ability to work fluidly between discovery, concepting, prototyping, and high-fidelity execution.
** Qualifications
* * 5+ years experience as a Product Designer working on complex digital products.

Demonstrated experience in growth, PLG, or metric-driven product environments. Experience contributing to or evolving design systems.
