Our Product Management team drives product initiatives from inception through execution, makes impacts and launches products/features across our global footprint. We collaborate closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross‑functional team members to ship remarkable features and products.

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Product Manager to join our Product team, leading the charge in integrating cutting‑edge artificial intelligence across the App
. In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our AI capabilities and the core user experience.

You will collaborate deeply with Product Managers across the entire ecosystem to embed intelligence into the fabric of our features—ranging from optimizing user onboarding and KYC flows to deploying sophisticated, AI‑driven insights that empower user decision‑making. Your mission is to move beyond standalone tools, instead architecting a cohesive AI strategy that drives both operational excellence and a deeply personalized, intuitive journey for millions of global users.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of generative AI technologies and data infrastructure, with a proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives. While familiarity with crypto trading ecosystems is a plus, a passion for redefining the fintech experience through AI is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic

    Collaboration:

    Partner with Product Leads across the  App to identify opportunities for AI integration, ensuring a unified and intelligent user experience across all feature verticals.
  • Product Vision &

    Roadmap:

    Define and drive the strategy for customer‑facing AI and data products, balancing long‑term innovation with immediate operational wins.
  • AI Integration & Excellence: Work alongside AI/ML researchers to integrate generative AI models (LLMs) into core features, ensuring high standards for response quality, relevance, and latency.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams—including Engineering, Data Infrastructure, and Design—to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, mobile‑first requirements.
  • Operational Intelligence: Scale AI‑powered support tools and automated verification flows (KYC) to enhance efficiency while maintaining a frictionless user experience.
  • Data‑Driven Iteration: Define success metrics and monitor product performance to drive continuous, rapid experimentation and feature optimization.
  • Trust & Security: Ensure all AI‑driven products adhere to global standards for data privacy, reliability, and ethical AI practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within AI, fintech, or high‑growth data platform environments.
  • AI/ML Literacy: Strong understanding of generative AI fundamentals, including prompt engineering, model limitations, and the nuances of deploying LLMs in a production environment.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse product teams to bring complex, multi‑layered features to life.
  • Technical Familiarity: Experience with AI Agent tooling (e.g., Alfred AI) and optimizing user verification or support workflows through automation.
  • Strategic Execution: Ability to manage high‑level strategy while maintaining a hands‑on approach to product delivery and detail‑oriented execution.
  • User‑First Mindset: A passion for translating sophisticated technical solutions into impactful, easy‑to‑use experiences for a global audience.
  • Domain Knowledge: Previous experience delivering customer‑facing AI products is highly preferred. Familiarity with crypto ecosystems is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; advanced degrees (Masters/MBA) are a plus.
