ServiceNow Developer; HRSD - Hybrid

Opus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Service Now Developer (HRSD) for a hybrid role in London, offering up to £75,000 plus benefits. This is an excellent opportunity to join a boutique Elite Service Now partner during a period of significant growth.

The company specializes in ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and Sec Ops implementations, with recent projects in financial services, banking, telecommunications, and the public sector. As a key member of the delivery team, you will support clients from discovery to launch, working alongside industry experts and potentially shadowing a CTA.

• Minimum 3 hands-on experience on the Service Now platform
• End-to-End HRSD implementation experience
• Knowledge of Sec-Ops or GRC modules (highly desirable)
• Proficiency in Java, HTML, Python
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
• Understanding of ITIL methodologies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Full rights to work in the UK
