- Process Policy and Change Delivery
- Service Performance
- Conduit between sales and technicians
- Liaison with customers and 3rd parties
- Day to day support
- Service Desk / Project Manager background
- Process and procedures within the technical service
- MSP background or background supporting multiple clients
- ITIL qualification preferred
- Education industry (desired)

LocationThis client has an office in Surrey and needs people to work onsite with some travel.
