** About the role
** The role of the IBP Process Excellence Manager is to design, maintain, and manage the Haleon Integrated Business Planning practices and ensure adherence to standards by the teams in markets and hubs who run IBP processes. As an advocate for process excellence, you will work with key stakeholders within QSC as well as Finance and Commercial to govern the global processes, drive standards, measure process effectiveness via key performance indicators and champion a continuous improvement mindset to evolve the process where needed.
** Key responsibilities include**
* ** Stakeholder Collaboration**:
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the supply chain network and neighbouring functions to define and manage business rules, standard policies, and procedures for processes, data, and services.
* ** Process Management**:
Define, govern and leverage standards and assume a leadership role in managing key processes related to Monthly integrated business planning and S&OE through adherence and operational KPIs.
* ** Technology Advocacy**:
Champion technology solutions that enhance the execution of global IBP processes.
* ** Documentation and Support Materials**:
Develop and maintain process design documentation, including Global Standard Operating Procedures (GSOPs), training materials, and supporting resources such as best practice guides.
* ** Business Requirements and Simplification**:
Analyse business requirements, explore design options and work closely with tech stakeholders to assess proposed changes, feasibility, and business benefits. Identify opportunities for simplification aligned with the vision set by the Global Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead and the broader Global Operations function.
* ** Template Adoption and Standardisation**:
Monitor and enable template adoption and drive the business toward common, standardised global solutions where applicable.
* ** Process Enhancement Recommendations**:
Provide actionable recommendations for process improvements to business users, track and drive these.  Provide self-assessment tools for improvements, support continuous improvement initiatives, act as change agent.
* ** Technology Assessment**:
Evaluate new technology opportunities in the marketplace and assess their impact on Integrated Business planning processes, coupled with any impacts on adjacent processes (DP, SP).  
** Benchmarking and Efficiency**:
Connect externally, compare against peers to validate advancements in process, tech and data and understand cost efficiencies gained through these levers.
* ** Technical Transition**:
Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure effective transition of new IBP improvements to support model.
* ** Process Expert Community Engagement**:
Facilitating the appropriate engagement forums such as the “Community of Practice” and actively contribute to the growth and maturity of the community.

** Support continuous improvement in capability cross-functionally, through playbook, references, training curricula and workshops
