Role – We are seeking a senior SAP QM Functional Expert to lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP S/4

HANA Quality Management solutions within highly regulated life sciences and pharmaceutical environments. This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role with strong emphasis on QM–LES/LIMS integration
, regulatory compliance, and end‑to‑end quality data flows across manufacturing and laboratory systems. You will act as the functional authority for SAP QM, working closely with business stakeholders, laboratory teams, and global delivery partners.

• Lead SAP S/4
  
  HANA Quality Management (QM) design, configuration, and delivery in line with SAP best practices and regulatory expectations.
• Act as functional owner for SAP QM
  , ensuring alignment across business processes, digital core principles, and enterprise architecture.
• Design and configure QM master data and processes
  , including inspection lots, inspection plans, sample management, batch management, and Certificates of Analysis.
• Support and optimise QM integration with MM, PP/PP‑PI, and EWM within S/4
  
  HANA landscapes.
• Lead LES / LIMS integrations (e.g. Lab Ware), including field structures, message mapping, middleware usage (
  SAP CPI, PI/PO
  ), and error handling.
• Produce high‑quality blueprints, process flows, functional specifications, and training documentation
  .
• Enable and support SAP Fiori QM applications
  , improving usability and process efficiency.
• Design and support inbound and outbound interfaces
  , including reprocessing and monitoring strategies using APIs and IDocs.
• Support system validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ documentation, test execution, change impact analysis, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to deliver consistent, compliant quality solutions across multiple sites.

• 15+ years of hands‑on experience delivering SAP QM implementations and rollouts
  , ideally within process industries or life sciences
  .
• Deep expertise in SAP QM configuration
  , master data, and quality processes in regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of batch management, sample management, inspection planning, and Certificates of Analysis
  .
• Proven experience integrating SAP QM with LES/LIMS platforms
  .
• Hands‑on experience with interfaces and integrations
  , including troubleshooting and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Fiori applications supporting QM processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global teams and time zones.
