• Building innovative wearable technology for chronic illness, impacting over 250,000 users globally.
• Rapid growth from zero to >$8m ARR in 24 months, demonstrating strong market traction.
• Opportunity to define the design vision and lead a team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Report to the CEO and collaborate with Product, Tech, and Data Science Leads to shape product roadmap.
• Manage and mentor a Senior Product Designer, fostering a high-performance design culture.
• Drive work from discovery to delivery, using research, data, and prototyping to iterate at speed.

• Experienced in designing consumer mobile apps for mission-driven teams with strong visual design skills.
• Proven experience directly managing designers and building high-performing teams.
• Passionate about creating beautiful, powerful, and accessible products for chronic illness management.
