Business Analyst

A Business Analyst at Tecknuovo plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions within our projects as well as with us. Your primary role would be to facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the technology team, ensuring that the implemented solutions meet the business objectives that are defined by the project plans. This requires a blend of analytical, technical and interpersonal skills to effectively navigate complex programmes of work.

• Gathering requirements through collaboration with both business and technology teams to then define functional and non-functional requirements.
• Creating detailed documentation including business requirement documents, functional specifications and user stores and cases.
• Developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Defining project scope, timelines and milestones.
• Ensuring the solutions meet the specified requirements and of high quality.
• Optimizing business processes.
• Driving agile processes and frameworks, running ceremonies and sprints.

• Track record in dealing with a varied role, where no two days look the same.
• Previously worked in Agile/Waterfall environments to drive delivery of products and digital services.
• Be able to not only work with business stakeholders but also technology teams to effectively break down requirements for the project.
