Job Description: You will lead the configuration and optimization of a mission-critical toolstack to support rapid scaling. Reporting to the VP of Data, you will bridge the gap between technical systems and business needs, focusing on Hub Spot, AI automation, and cross-departmental integrations to drive operational efficiency and data integrity across global teams.

• Lead the adoption of agentic AI and low-code automation (n8n) to transform how a global organization operates daily.
• Join a well-funded, high-growth scale-up backed by top-tier VCs with a proven track record of international expansion.
• Direct impact on high-level strategy by owning the systems architecture for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success departments.

• Own the configuration and optimization of Hub Spot and auxiliary systems like Slack, Aircall, and Linear.
• Design and implement automated workflows using low-code tools and AI to reduce manual overhead and friction.
• Govern a robust change control system to ensure scalable, high-quality system updates and technical feasibility.

• Has 3+ years of experience in CRM administration with at least 2 years of deep Hub Spot expertise.
• Possesses a product mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Demonstrates practical experience applying AI and automation to real-world operational workflows and data management.
