Join NTT DATA Business Solutions as a Success Factors Employee Central Consultant, where you ll play a key role in delivering impactful solutions to clients, driving business growth, and shaping the future of our HCM practice.

• Deliver high-quality Success Factors Employee Central projects that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Have expertise in gathering requirements and building Reports in Story Reporting
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Success Factors Employee Central, guiding projects from scoping to delivery.
• Lead activities such as solution design, configuration, integration, and support for Employee Central projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to promote collaboration and mutual success.
• Support NTT DATA Business Solutions in thought leadership activities, including industry forums, seminars, blogs, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Technical Architects and Product Owners to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Participate in business development activities, such as proposal generation, solution planning.
• Conduct workshops and document detailed designs, ensuring alignment with client business processes.
• Stay current with developments in SAP Success Factors and related technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including significant expertise in Success Factors Employee Central and a good understanding of related modules.
• Certification in Employee Central is required; additional certifications in other modules advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of Report Stories within Success Factors
• Proven ability to design and deliver solutions that align with customer needs and business goals.
• Experience integrating SAP Success Factors with other systems.
• A good understanding of data migration and integration with other Success Factors modules.

• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementations of Success Factors Recruiting including configuration, integration and testing, across different industries
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Team-oriented, with a willingness to mentor and collaborate with others.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities effectively members and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in SAP HCM technologies.
