Technical Business Analyst – Hybrid; Poland EU

Seeking a strong Technical Business Analyst for an international IT project with one of our clients.

Hybrid from anywhere in Poland – with few occasional travels to the UK or other EU cities (travel expenses fully covered).

Contract options

• Freelance / B2B (preferred for fast onboarding)

: ASAP (immediate availability or short notice highly preferred)

Location
: hybrid in Poland + minimal travel

Language
: Fluent English mandatory (C1+ level – daily collaboration in international, English-speaking teams)

• Collect, analyze, and document business & technical requirements
• Prepare detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process models (BPMN), use cases, and specifications
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA
• Contribute to solution design, UAT, go-live support, and process improvements

• 3–7+ years as Technical / IT Business Analyst (or equivalent)
• Solid experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, modeling, and agile ways of working
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio/Miro/Lucidchart, etc.
• Strong analytical mindset + excellent stakeholder communication
• Fluent English (professional written & spoken)
• Right to work in Poland (EU/EEA or valid permit)
• Knowledge/experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) – identity processes, access management, authentication, tools like Okta, Azure AD/Entra , SailPoint, etc.
• Exposure to security, compliance (e.g. GDPR), or enterprise/regulatory projects
• Compensation – competitive & negotiable (based on experience, IAM skills, and contract type)
