London, England - Our minimum expectation is typically 40% on site so no need for full time on site
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology focused or IWMS/Facilities Management environments.
- Strong process analysis and modelling skills (BPMN preferred).
- Experience analysing system interfaces, data flows, and integration requirements.
- Understanding of IWMS platforms—experience with Planon is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured documentation.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to support the assessment and alignment of processes between the Client’s Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), Planon, and a supplier-provided IWMS platform. The BA will play a key role in analysing current business processes, mapping end to end workflows, and identifying all required system interfaces to ensure seamless data flow and functional integration between both platforms.
