Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Digital Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping and delivering large‑scale digital transformation initiatives across multiple business domains. The role is a temp to perm opportunity, starting as an interim resource for 3-4 months and then switching to permanent thereafter.

This is not a generic IT Business Analyst role, we’re seeking someone who has hands on experience in digital business led transformation, enabled by tech.

Experience in working end to end across complex digital products and services – not just consumer facing solutions but also in large scale operations, infrastructure and construction environment – helping to design solutions that connect people, processes, technology, and data.‑to‑end across complex

• Strong experience applying service design methods to deliver end‑to‑end services
• Experience translating service design into technology and data‑enabled business requirements
• Experience designing or optimising complex, multi touch point services, ideally in operational, customer focused or safety critical environments such as transport, aviation or infrastructure
• Leadership in developing and embedding reusable business analysis approaches, including coaching and uplifting others
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders and facilitating workshops
• Working in an agile environment with knowledge of SAFe an advantage

Hybrid role with 3 days per week onsite near TW6 2GW
