This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, proactive digital marketer to shape campaigns, grow engagement, and elevate the digital presence of an organisation that plays a vital role in supporting professionals and shaping the future of its industry.
🌟 The RoleAs Digital Marketing Executive, you will take ownership of digital activity across multiple channels, driving member engagement, recruitment, and brand visibility. You’ll work closely with colleagues across events, membership, and policy to deliver integrated, high‑impact campaigns.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Campaign Management: Plan, deliver, and evaluate digital campaigns across email, social, and web.
- Content Creation: Produce compelling copy, graphics, and short‑form video for newsletters, blogs, and social channels.
- Website & SEO: Maintain and optimise website content, ensuring strong SEO performance and user experience.
- Social Media: Manage day‑to‑day activity across Linked In, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, analyse insights, and make data‑driven recommendations.
- Member Engagement: Support digital initiatives such as webinars, online communities, and personalised communications.
- Collaboration: Work cross‑functionally to ensure consistent messaging and integrated campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who brings creativity, initiative, and strong digital capability.
You will have:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within a membership body, charity, or professional services environment
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Proficiency with CMS platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), and analytics tools
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and paid social
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- A collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Confidence working autonomously in a remote environment
