  • Actively seek new business opportunities.
  • Connect with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Develop new business from existing clients.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.
  • Build and manage a regional sales team.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to Clinch’s customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate account contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of proven ability to develop and close
    new
    agency and advertiser accounts in the advertising/media/related vendor space.
  • Significant expertise in advertising technology - social (Facebook, You Tube) and programmatic markets (DSP / OTT/CTV, Data / DMP / CDP utilization).
  • Strong communication and relationship skills to win and grow business from established accounts.
  • Lead and manage a regional sales team.
  • Broad understanding of the full scope of advertising and marketing communications (brand-driven, response-driven, promotion-driven, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the structure and priorities of key industry segments (advertisers, agencies, planning, digital and traditional buying, creative, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to execute a solution sales approach.
  • Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business.
  • Effective interface with internal management and C-level executives.
  • Experience developing budgets and managing revenue KPIs.
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience.
