Our Role

The CRM Campaign and Data Executive is the team’s data and logic specialist. You will own audience selection, segmentation, promotional logic and automation setup across Email, Push and SMS.

Working closely with the CRM and Insights team, you’ll ensure that every campaign reaches the right customers with the right message. You will also ensure that all our triggered journeys behave as expected. You’ll play a key role in enabling more sophisticated targeting, personalisation and testing, helping to unlock the full value of our customer data.

What You’ll be Doing
  • Build and QA audience segments in our CRM platforms using region, lifecycle, behaviour and engagement logic.
    • Set up and maintain triggered journeys such as welcome, abandon browse/basket, post‑purchase and lapsed programmes.
    • Implement and test promo code and benefit logic, including eligibility rules and T&C displays.
    • Validate and lock audience counts prior to send, ensuring suppress ions and frequency rules are correctly applied.
    • Monitor engagement, conversion and unsubscribe rates by segment and use insights to refine targeting.
    • Partner with Insights to explore new segment opportunities and integrate predictive models where available.
    • Support reporting by pulling accurate performance data from CRM platforms.
  • Document logic and segmentation frameworks so others can easily understand who is receiving which campaigns.
About You Traits
  • Highly analytical and detail‑oriented, with a genuine interest in customer data and targeting logic.
  • Curious and proactive, always looking for ways to improve segmentation and campaign effectiveness.
  • Calm, organised and accountable, able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with confidence.
  • Collaborative communicator, comfortable explaining complex logic to non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience
  • Experience in a CRM, digital marketing or data‑focused role within a customer‑centric or retail environment.
  • Hands‑on experience building and QA‑ing customer segments using behavioural, lifecycle and engagement data.
  • Experience setting up and maintaining automated or triggered CRM journeys.
  • Exposure to CRM/ESP platforms such as Ometria, Bloomreach, Braze, Klaviyo or similar.
  • Experience working with promotional logic, eligibility rules, suppress ions and frequency management.
Capabilities
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail when working with large datasets.
  • Ability to translate campaign briefs into clear, robust targeting and audience definitions.
  • Confident validating audience counts and flagging risks or anomalies ahead of send.
  • Comfortable interpreting segment‑level performance to support optimisation and testing.
  • Strong documentation skills, ensuring CRM logic is clear, consistent and scalable.
