AI Solutions Engineer Associate - London (Hybrid) - £45,000-£65,000  Benefits An AI-driven Legal Tech product company in London is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer Associate to support its expanding solutions engineering function. This is a hybrid role offering £45-65k  benefits, ideal for someone looking to transition from Technical BA / Solutions Analyst into AI consulting and delivery within a profitable, growing business.

This position sits between AI Engineering, Product, and Client Delivery. You will support the AI Solutions Engineering team in delivering AI products to legal sector clients, communicate with both internal technical teams and external stakeholders, assist with solution configuration, testing and deployment, explore and introduce emerging AI tools into the business, and contribute to technical discovery and client workshops. The ideal candidate will be genuinely passionate about AI and emerging technologies, demonstrate excellent communication and client-facing skills, and be able to code (practical scripting or integration-level coding is sufficient 'vibe-coding').

You should be a fast learner with strong curiosity and a natural ability to pick up new tools quickly.

Experience with in Legal Tech or the legal industry is beneficial, as is a background as a Technical BA, Solutions Analyst, or Junior Solutions Engineer.
