Senior AI Content Specialist; Prompt & Model Quality

• 6-Month Contract
• Remote - UK

We’re looking for someone who can help make AI systems smarter, safer and more reliable.

You’ll work with a large language model (LLM) — the type of AI that generates written responses — and your job will be to improve how it performs.

• Writing and refining prompts that guide how the AI responds
• Reviewing the AI’s answers and spotting where it goes wrong
• Improving quality, accuracy and safety of outputs
• Analysing patterns in model behaviour and identifying fixes
• Building simple frameworks and processes to improve consistency
• Working closely with product and engineering teams

• Strong experience with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
• Background in AI content, Trust & Safety, AI quality, or similar
• Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end
• Strong analytical skills (comfortable working with data in Sheets)
• Good judgement when reviewing nuanced or sensitive content

Exposure to sensitive material may be part of the role.
