La Fosse is partnered with a fast-growing tech company looking for a Backend Engineer to join one of its collaborative full-stack pods, working on products used daily by thousands across the UK. This is a chance to contribute to a modern, AI-driven platform tackling real operational challenges at scale.

The mission:

Join a product-led engineering team focused on building and maintaining core systems using Python and Django. The role offers exposure to a varied tech stack including Go, Graph

QL, Kubernetes, and Flutter, with the opportunity to contribute across both backend and frontend services.

What they’re looking for:

• Experience with Python and Django
• Interest or exposure to Go and GraphQL
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and Git Lab CI/CD is a plus
• Familiarity with containerised services and infrastructure best practices
• Comfortable working closely with product, design, and engineering teams
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
