a. Requirements Gathering Analysis

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture functional requirements for Scheduling Rights Promo Planning and Finance workflows
Document current and future state processes identify gaps and improvement opportunities

b. Solution Design Support

Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate business needs into functional specifications
Validate configurations and workflows within Whats On modules

c. Data Integration Analysis

Analyzed data migration requirements for titles episodes rights windows and schedules
Support integration mapping between Whats On and external systems MAMVMS Playout AdSales ERP EPG

d. Testing Quality Assurance

Prepare test cases coordinate SITUAT cycles with business users
Validate functional accuracy and ensure defect resolution

e. Training Change Management

Assist in creating user guides and training materials
Support onboarding and adoption of new workflows

f. Preferred Skills

Familiarity with adjacent systems Playout MAM AdSales ERP
Knowledge of XML JSON interfaces and API concepts
Exposure to Agile methodologies and project governance

Mandatory Skills

Business Process Design, Mapping
