Join a tech for good platform with millions of active users across the UK. We’re looking for a Product Data Analyst to partner closely with product teams and drive data-informed decision making at scale.
This role sits within a well-established Data & Insight function spanning Analytics Engineering, Analytics and Data Science. You’ll work cross-functionally to help teams deeply understand member and partner behaviour, using data to shape product strategy and improve experience.
You’ll combine strong quantitative analysis with clear data storytelling, ensuring insights translate into meaningful action.
Key Responsibilities:📊 Product Insight:
Analyse user behaviour across digital products, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations to shape product direction.
🧪 Experimentation:
Identify opportunities, generate hypotheses, and support the design and analysis of experiments to drive continuous improvement.
📏 Metrics Ownership:
Define and align key metrics across teams, working with engineering to ensure the right tracking and data foundations are in place.
📈 Data Products:
Build and maintain dashboards and analytical outputs that enable teams to self-serve core KPIs and insights.
🔎 Deep Dives:
Conduct structured analytical deep dives to answer high-impact business questions.
📚 Insight Governance:
Contribute to documentation, reporting hubs and knowledge sharing to promote a single source of truth.

Collaboration:
Partner with stakeholders across product, engineering and commercial teams to embed a data-informed culture.
- Strong experience working in an analytical role within a digitally native environment
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with dbt
- Experience with BI platforms (e.g. Tableau, Lightdash, Looker)
- Exposure to product analytics tools such as Amplitude
- Strong understanding of experimentation and metric design
- Ability to translate business problems into structured analysis and clear recommendations
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
- Curious, impact-driven and proactive in approach
- Ability to work in a London offices 2 days a week.
