, supporting them with the hire of an Enterprise Account Director to join their high-performing commercial team.

As an Enterprise Account Director
, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth across large enterprise customers, working consultatively to deliver value-led technology solutions.
Typical deal sizes range from £100K – £1M+, with a strong mix of services and solutions.
You’ll sell across a broad portfolio, including:
- Cloud
- Cyber Security
- Modern Workplace
- AI & Automation
- Data & Analytics
You’ll be supported by industry-leading pre-sales teams, strong vendor partnerships, and a highly capable delivery function
, enabling you to focus on building strategic relationships and winning large deals.
- Up to £90K base salary
- £200K+ realistic OTE in year one
- One of the best commission structures in the VAR market
- Target based on £450K GP
- Access to market-leading vendor partnerships
- Enterprise client base across multiple sectors
- Hybrid working – only 1 day per month onsite
- ✔ Proven enterprise sales experience within a VAR / IT solutions provider
- ✔ Track record of selling complex solutions and services
- ✔ Experience selling across areas such as Cloud, Security, AI, Data, or Digital Transformation
- ✔ Demonstrable revenue and GP performance
