About the RoleWe’re looking for a practical, hands‑on IT Manager to bring structure, clarity and scalability to our internal systems as the business continues to grow.
In this role, you will lead a small IT team responsible for day‑to‑day operational support while ensuring our technology environment remains secure, reliable and fit for a growing organisation. Alongside team leadership, you will take ownership of improving processes, strengthening security practices and ensuring our systems are designed to scale efficiently.
This role reports to Head of Product and combines strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. You’ll be responsible for setting priorities, identifying opportunities for improvement and introducing smarter ways of working, while also stepping in and solving problems directly when needed.

Working closely with our internal teams and GDPR specialist, you will take a pragmatic, risk‑based approach to security, access management and system governance.
Ultimately, we’re looking for someone who can bring clarity and structure to IT operations, empower the team around them, and build processes and systems that support the company as it grows.
