We build our product and tech function with focus on:

• Understanding Foundry
  
  OS capabilities, industry needs and client use cases
• Quality is at the heart of everything we do and not just a gate in a process
• Leading product roadmaps, planning and establishing best practices
• Developing expertise in the financial services industry and regulatory environments
• Building and maintaining exceptional client relationships through team excellence
• Zero-to-one function building — creating product delivery frameworks, engineering performance systems, and product delivery processes from the ground up

• Design and develop our core data platform within the Foundry
  
  OS product
• Work as part of a team of Data Engineers and Data Scientists collaborating on overall build
• Work with senior engineers to size and build out work required to build the data platform
• Work closely with Data Science to ensure AI and ML capabilities are built that drive the Foundry
  
  OS platform as value to both our customers and our value proposition

• 2+ years experience as a data engineer working with Cloud data platforms
• Understanding of SQL and No
  
  SQL databases including their data modelling and development
• Strong experience of data pipelines and data transformation
• Experience of AI and ML ops
• Knowledge of building and running banking‑grade Cloud‑based SaaS solutions
• Experience of data governance and data security
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and focussed on solutions
• Organised and self‑sufficient
