Senior Operations and Integration Specialist; IT-Focused

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Operations and Integration Specialist (IT-Focused) to join our team

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 5+ years of experience in operations and system integrations
• Experience in designing and managing integration architectures across multiple systems
• Advanced knowledge of APIs, data flows, integration architectures, and service-based structures
• Advanced SQL querying and data analysis skills
• Ability to act as a strategic bridge between technical and operational teams
• Experience in process design, improvement, and automation
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills
• Ability to establish documentation standards and ensure sustainability

• Design and manage end-to-end integration processes between operations and IT systems
• Define, standardize, and continuously improve integration architecture
• Lead critical integration issues and drive solutions
• Translate operational needs into technical solutions
• Manage coordination between IT/software teams, external vendors, and business units
• Provide technical and operational leadership in new system and integration projects
• Manage go-live and post-launch stabilization processes
  
  Mentor junior and mid-level team members
• Measure process performance, prepare reports, and present them to senior management
