I'm looking for a commercially minded Data Analyst who loves turning data into meaningful insights that drive business decisions. You’ll work across the organisation analysing performance, identifying trends, and building dashboards that help us understand what makes us successful — and where we can improve. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their career who wants real exposure to strategy, operations, and commercial performance.
What you’ll be doing :- Analyse internal data to uncover trends and opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports to support decision‑making
- Partner with commercial and operational teams
- Improve data quality, models, and performance metrics
- Present clear, actionable insights to stakeholders
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Maths, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics or similar
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Interest in commercial performance and storytelling with data
- Ability to communicate insights to non‑technical audiences
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Powerbi and SQL
- Direct impact on business strategy
- Exposure to senior stakeholders
- Clear progression into Data Science or Senior Analytics roles
- A culture that values insight, clarity, and innovation
