Our Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) practice partners with leading organisations across the Telecoms, Media, Software, Platform, and High‑Tech industries, combining deep industry expertise with data‑led insights to design and implement innovative solutions.

As a Manager in our CMT Strategy & Consulting team, you’ll lead diverse, high‑performing teams to shape and deliver strategies that unlock growth, improve performance and enable transformation ’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, support your team’s development, and bring creativity and structure to every engagement. You’ll also contribute to our go‑to‑market strategy and help evolve our internal practice – building your leadership experience and impact along the way.

In

this role you will:
  • Shape & lead complex B2B propositions, enterprise customer journeys, and large‑scale B2B transformations across the Comms, Media, Software & Platforms, and/or High‑Tech sectors
  • Design and deliver strategic initiatives that integrate strategy, technology, operations and people
  • Navigate ambiguity using structured thinking, process design, data insights and value casing to shape high‑impact solutions
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders – aligning on strategic priorities and delivery roadmaps
  • Own delivery scope and commercial outcomes, including business casing, risk management and value tracking
  • Contribute to business development efforts – from client proposals to go‑to‑market initiatives and thought leadership
  • Create and lead high‑performing teams, mentoring talent and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture
  • Drive innovation within the practice by shaping new capabilities, assets and perspectives
Qualifications

We are looking for the following profiles and skills:

You may come from consulting, internal strategy or transformation teams, or from an established platform provider within the relevant industry sector. Candidates will have experience in Business‑to‑Business (B2B) segments, e.g. SMB, MNC, Enterprise. You’ll bring knowledge of the B2B customer lifecycle value chain as part of your strong consulting toolkit with experience around sales and/or service transformation and an expertise / point of view that will be relevant to our clients’ business context.

You will be comfortable working with ambiguity and have a track record of driving measurable client impact.
