Position: 1st/2nd Line IT Helpdesk Engineer (Windows & 365)
Location: Greater London

A UK-based IT services company is seeking a Helpdesk Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for corporate users. You will manage incidents using IT ticketing systems and configure support for Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Windows OS, business-level English and Japanese, and a customer-centric approach.
