About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Account Director / Relationship Director to lead strategic partnerships and commercial growth for our Web3 payment platform. You will manage a portfolio of high-value regional and global partners, driving revenue, adoption, and long-term strategic impact across our CAAS, Web3 Card Issuing, and Scan Payment product lines.
What You Will Do Strategic Account Management- Own a portfolio of B2B clients across fintech, Web3, digital asset exchanges, and wallets.
- Build deep, consultative relationships with founders, product teams, compliance leaders, and operations stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on launching and scaling card issuing, payment flows, fiat/crypto interoperability, and regulatory considerations.
- Drive revenue growth by deepening relationships with clients and expanding card programs (debit/prepaid programs, virtual cards, multi-currency products).
- Expand commercial opportunities through higher card issuance volume, increased spend, and multi-product adoption.
- Own annual revenue targets across renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and program growth.
- Monitor issuance funnel performance and collaborate with Product, Risk, Ops, and Compliance teams to remove friction or uplift approval rates.
- Develop playbooks and growth strategies to help clients scale their card user base compliantly and sustainably.
- Maintain expert understanding of Stablecoin Payments & regulatory guidelines.
- Advise clients on compliance-aligned program structures, fraud controls, and transaction monitoring best practices.
- 5–10 years in B2B account management, partnership management, enterprise sales, or client success.
- Strong experience in payments, card issuing, fintech, digital assets, or Web3 ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Web3 business models and crypto industry.
- Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and owning revenue targets.
- Experience working with API-driven platforms or technical products is a strong plus.
- Strong commercial and strategic planning capabilities.
- Direct experience working with crypto exchanges, wallet providers, payment gateways, or on/off-ramp platforms.
