You’ll be joining our digitally-focused product team at a pivotal moment, helping shape customer-facing experiences across audio, web, and app products used by audiences across multiple international markets. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Product Marketing, Product Analytics, Commercial and Marketing/CRM — all committed to enriching everyday life by delivering products that genuinely serve our audiences.

The difference you will make

In this role, you will transform how we operate as a product organisation. You’ll take business strategy and translate it into clearly defined, measurable product initiatives that drive listening, engagement, habit formation, first‑party data, and revenue growth. You’ll play a crucial part in moving the organisation from a delivery/project mindset to a mature product operating model, embedding structure, discipline, discovery, analytics, and outcome‑first thinking.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner alongside our Head of Product – Platform to ensure product initiatives and platform capabilities are tightly integrated. Together, both roles ensure a consistent approach to discovery, delivery, measurement, and governance across the digital ecosystem.

Your role

As our Head of Product, you will lead a team of Product Managers and Product Designers, building a high‑performing, outcome-focused product function.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Translating business strategy into clear, outcome‑led product initiatives and roadmaps.
  • Partnering closely with the Head of Product – Platform to align product initiatives with platform capabilities and shared architectural priorities.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers and Designers and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Embedding structured discovery, robust planning and repeatable product processes.
  • Ensuring strong governance, transparent prioritisation, and portfolio‑level alignment across markets.
  • Supporting international rollout activities and enabling teams as we move from project mode into a continuous improvement model.
The skills you will bring Required
  • Strong experience in digital or product leadership within a matrixed or business‑led organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into outcome‑focused product initiatives.
  • Proven success in building product maturity: processes, structure, discovery, analytics and team capability.
  • Comfortable operating in a shared leadership model with platform/engineering counterparts.
  • Highly skilled in experimentation, analytics, measurement frameworks and evidence‑based prioritisation.
  • Experience leading high‑performing teams and elevating product craft.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills — able to simplify complexity and communicate with clarity across markets and functions.
  • Experience with multi‑market product scaling and customer‑facing digital experiences (e.g., content, streaming or subscription products).
  • Experience working with consumer digital platforms such as audio, content, or subscription‑based services.
  • Background working across diverse international markets.
Working pattern / location

This role is a full time, permanent role on a hybrid basis at either our London or Manchester office.
