A leading professional services organisation is seeking a Lead Developer to drive the delivery of modern digital products and lead a small, high-performing development team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to remain hands-on while influencing technical direction and shaping innovative solutions.

• Lead and mentor a small development team.
• Design, build and maintain mobile and web applications.
• Act as a full-stack developer with strong front-end/UI skills.
• Plan and prioritise workload across multiple business streams.
• Build enterprise and client-facing applications using modern tools and cloud technologies.
• Apply Dev Ops methodologies and CI/CD best practices.
• Contribute to solution design and technical strategy.
• Explore and adopt emerging tech such as AI, ML and automation.

• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React.
• Solid knowledge of Azure PaaS (Functions, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, App Service, ARM/Bicep).
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops, Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leading or mentoring developers.
• Understanding of authentication and identity (Entra AD).
• Agile development background (Scrum Master certification a plus).
• Experience integrating systems across application, interface and data layers.
