We are currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery within a fast‑paced development environment. The successful candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive Agile best practices, ensure smooth sprint execution, and foster continuous improvement across delivery teams.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Support and coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning and Agile Release Train (ART) events
  , including Scrum of Scrums and other scaled Agile ceremonies.

• Monitor sprint progress, identify and remove impediments, and ensure teams deliver on commitments.

• Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritise backlogs.

• Promote Lean‑Agile practices and coach teams on Agile principles, delivery discipline, and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams
  , ensuring alignment across cross‑team dependencies.

• Maintain delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and risk tracking
  , providing transparent reporting to stakeholders.

• Drive clear communication between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership
  .

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master managing 1-2 development squads
  .

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
  , sprint ceremonies, and estimation techniques.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
  .

• Hands‑on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms
  .

• Ability to track delivery metrics and support teams in improving delivery predictability.

• Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM I or PSM II (preferred but not mandatory).

• Exposure to API‑based systems or Out Systems platforms would be advantageous.

• A proactive Scrum Master who can drive delivery, remove blockers, and empower teams
  .

• Someone comfortable working in collaborative, fast‑moving Agile environments
  .

• A strong facilitator who can bridge communication between business and technical teams
  .
