Integration Delivery Consultant; Rostering Software & ERP

They're looking for someone who can lead the technical delivery of a rostering/workforce scheduling solution and its integration with cloud ERP. This is a long-term daily rate contract running until the end of 2027 and will require 3 days onsite working from offices based in London.

As Integration Delivery Consultant you will be responsible for overseeing the technical delivery of rostering/workforce scheduling software, and its integration with cloud ERP. You will manage supplier performance across the system integrator and solution provider holding them accountable for meeting milestones, technical compliance, and quality standards. You will evaluate reporting, analytics, compliance, and security across both the rostering software & ERP and identify and mitigate technical and integration risks.

You will be the senior escalation point across this integration stream and must have worked in a similar previous capacity in a complex environment integrating rostering or workforce management systems.

• Experience delivering or integrating rostering or workforce management systems (such as One Advanced Care Rostering, Rota Cloud, Totalmobile, Work Force, Time Clock Plus etc) in a complex environment
• Integration assurance
• Multi-vendor management
• Solid understanding of APIs & large-scale data models
• NPPV2 & CTC clearance
• Exposure to similar public-sector technology programmes would be highly desirable, although not essential.
