Up to £80,000 + Bonus

I am currently recruiting for a Lead Data Analyst to support the delivery of data and analytics transformation programmes within a global technology consulting organisation. Working across a variety of enterprise and public sector clients, this role sits between business strategy, data platforms and analytical delivery. You will lead teams responsible for delivering modern analytics solutions, data platforms and reporting capabilities built on modern cloud and big data technologies.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical and technical capability with leadership and stakeholder engagement experience. The perfect candidate would also be comfortable translating complex business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.

You will play a key role in owning analytics delivery within broader data platform programmes, working closely with stakeholders across various work streams to ensure data initiatives drive measurable business outcomes. Alongside delivery, you will contribute to pre-sales activities, solution design and the development of reusable analytics frameworks, helping shape how modern data solutions are delivered across multiple industries.

• Lead delivery of analytics work streams within broader data platform or transformation programmes
• Manage and mentor teams of analysts delivering end-to-end solutions
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, clarify definitions and align teams on delivery outcomes
• Design and oversee development of modern analytics solutions including data pipelines, reporting platforms and analytical services
• Contribute to pre-sales activities including shaping proposals, estimating delivery effort and defining team structures
• Develop reusable assets such as analytics frameworks, testing approaches and transformation playbooks

• Strong analytical background with advanced SQL and Python skills
• Experience delivering analytics solutions within modern cloud data platforms
• Experience leading teams across analytics and BI delivery
• Strong understanding of data modelling, including dimensional modelling
• Experience delivering enterprise BI and analytics solutions, including dashboards, semantic models and insight storytelling

• Salary up to £80,000 + bonus
