Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager

As they continue to scale their European ecosystem, we are looking for a Senior Ecosystem Growth Manager Europe to drive real-world adoption of tokenized assets across the region.

You will lead ecosystem discovery, engagement, and growth initiatives around a high-performance public blockchain used for tokenization and institutional-grade digital asset infrastructure. This is a strategic, externally facing role at the intersection of venture, fintech, capital markets, and Web3: combining partnerships, venture-style evaluation, ecosystem building, and hands‑on execution.

• Ecosystem & Partnerships:
  Drive ecosystem growth across Europe. Source and support high-quality tokenization startups. Build and manage relationships with VCs, accelerators, fintech and institutional partners. Structure and execute strategic partnership agreements.
• Founder Support:
  Guide teams from ideation to mainnet. Evaluate grant and accelerator applications. Connect portfolio companies with key partners and growth channels.
• Growth & Expansion:
  Build top-of-funnel pipelines and identify emerging market trends. Collaborate cross-functionally and optimize ecosystem impact through data-driven insights.
• Strategy & Regulation:
  Monitor regulatory developments, assess strategic trade-offs, and design scalable solutions to market challenges.

• 5–8 years in venture, fintech/Trad Fi growth, ecosystem partnerships, or digital asset BD, with a strong track record in structuring and executing strategic deals
• Deep understanding of European financial markets and regulatory environments
• Solid knowledge of tokenization, institutional digital asset adoption, and DeFi use cases
• Data-driven mindset with experience optimizing growth funnels and ecosystem performance
• Technical fluency to collaborate with product and infrastructure teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving environments

• Build in a fast-scaling, global digital asset infrastructure company
• Work alongside experienced leaders shaping the future of tokenized finance
