We’re partnering with a regulated digital asset exchange building serious momentum in the institutional crypto market.

This is a platform focused on liquidity, derivatives, and market infrastructure - with strong backing and a clear growth trajectory.

We’re hiring a Sales Director to drive institutional revenue across a global client base.

This is a senior, new business-led role focused on building and expanding relationships with:

• Crypto-native firms
• Hedge funds & asset managers
• Financial institutions entering digital assets

You’ll be selling sophisticated trading products - with a strong focus on derivatives and options
.

• Build and develop relationships with institutional clients
• Drive new business and expand existing accounts
• Own and manage a high-value sales pipeline
• Partner with trading, product, and research teams
• Contribute to go-to-market and growth strategy

• Proven track record in institutional sales within crypto, derivatives, or financial markets
• Experience selling options / derivatives is essential
• Strong network across financial services or digital assets
• Deep understanding of crypto markets and market structure
• Experience selling complex, multi-product solutions
• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue generation
• Confident operating with senior stakeholders
