- Help keep client and internal teams updated through clear status reports, meeting notes, action trackers, and timely follow‑ups.
- Hands‑on experience or strong foundational knowledge of paid social activation across Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Pinterest or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of core paid social metrics such as impressions, reach, CPM, CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and budget pacing.
- Curiosity, proactivity and genuine interest in how paid social drives outcomes for clients.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data in Excel, Google Sheets or reporting dashboards.
- Comfortable working with numbers, campaign data and platform metrics.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide timely updates to internal teams, clients and media partners.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and campaigns.
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager or Pinterest Ads Manager.
- Understanding of tracking, tagging, pixels, UTMs, GA4 or conversion measurement.
- Experience with reporting tools, dashboards or data visualisation platforms.
- Exposure to wider digital channels such as Paid Search, Display, Video, Programmatic or Partnerships.
- Competitive salary package, pension, season ticket loan, cycle to work scheme.
- 22 days holiday (+ Christmas holiday closure), birthday day off, holiday buying scheme, flexi‑hours and work abroad scheme.
- Hybrid working: balance between home and office with 3 days in office; flexible working arrangements welcome from the commencement of employment.
- Career growth: meritocratic approach to progression with quarterly reviews, CPD Platinum accredited training, mentoring and leadership support.
- Health & wellbeing: private medical insurance, health cash plan, gym discounts, wellbeing apps, Mental Health First Aiders and free professional counselling.
- Supporting families: enhanced parental leave pay, flexible working and life assurance.
- Giving back: paid charity days and sustainability initiatives.
- Perks & rewards: retail discounts, long‑service trips and an unforgettable team culture.
