AI Architect

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced AI Architect to play a key role in shaping and delivering next-generation Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. This is a senior, hands-on architecture role combining technical leadership, solution design, and client engagement. You’ll work at the forefront of AI innovation, helping define how agentic systems are designed, built, and scaled using modern cloud and Microsoft technologies.

You’ll also contribute to the growth of a high-performing AI community — setting standards, mentoring teams, and driving best practice across complex programmes.

• Leading the end-to-end architecture and delivery of complex AI and Agentic AI solutions
• Shaping client requirements and defining scalable, enterprise-grade solution designs
• Designing and delivering solutions using modern Microsoft AI technologies
• Providing hands-on technical leadership across design, build, integration, and deployment
• Ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards across security, governance, and scalability
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Supporting pre-sales and bid activity, including solution shaping and technical input
• Mentoring architects and engineers, helping grow internal AI capability
• Contributing to best practices, reusable assets, and AI architecture standards

• Strong experience designing and delivering AI / GenAI / Agentic AI solutions
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft AI technologies (e.g. Copilot Studio or similar)
• Proven track record of architecting large, complex enterprise solutions
• Experience working in client-facing consulting or professional services environments
• Ability to operate across strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior audiences

• Experience with Azure AI services (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Functions, Logic Apps, API Management)
• Exposure to Power Platform integration patterns
• Understanding of enterprise security, governance, and responsible AI frameworks
• Experience mentoring and developing technical teams
