The successful candidate will act as the subject‑matter lead for InEight implementation, ensuring seamless alignment between system configuration, business processes, and project delivery teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape the digital backbone of a fast-scaling energy infrastructure developer.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of In Eight across the organisation, ensuring successful adoption across development, engineering, construction, and project controls teams.
Work closely with functional leads to integrate document control, scheduling, cost management, field data capture, and reporting within a single coordinated system.
Define system requirements, support configuration activities, and ensure alignment with business workflows.
Develop training programmes and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of user adoption and system proficiency.
Create and maintain system documentation, standards, and best practices.
Act as the primary liaison with InEight, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve configuration issues and optimise system performance.
Oversee data migration, quality control, and system testing activities.
Support integration with other enterprise systems such as asset management, finance, and project governance tools.
Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy and reporting capabilities.
Strong experience delivering or supporting large‑scale InEight implementations or similar project delivery systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, PMWeb, Oracle Unifier).
Skilled in document control, project scheduling, cost controls or project management environments, ideally within energy, construction, or infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional system rollouts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent understanding of project lifecycle workflows and digital project delivery best practice.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Comfortable working in fast-moving, growing businesses with evolving processes and requirements.
Experience with in flexible generation, renewables, utilities, or capital‑project environments (advantageous).
Salary up to £100,000
London‑based hybrid working
