Reporting Manager – Oracle Finance Transformation

This role sits within a specialist Oracle Finance Transformation capability
, focusing on reporting delivery across enterprise ERP programmes. The position combines technical expertise, delivery leadership, and stakeholder engagement

You’ll have the opportunity to:

Design and implement reporting strategies aligned to business needs
Work closely with clients to shape reporting solutions and approaches
Manage and mentor teams within complex delivery environments
Contribute to the growth of Oracle reporting capability
Engage stakeholders across business and technical functions

Your Responsibilities:

Lead end‑to‑end delivery of reporting work streams across programmes
Define and implement reporting strategies, frameworks, and solutions
Manage reporting projects including planning, execution, and governance
Provide technical oversight across reporting design and delivery
Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and define solutions
Manage stakeholder expectations and programme communication
Support and develop team members within delivery teams
Contribute to capability growth and internal best practice

Key Requirements:

Strong experience delivering Oracle ERP reporting within large‑scale programmes
Proven track record managing complex reporting projects and teams
Experience working with Oracle reporting tools and technologies
Understanding of Oracle ERP modules (Financials or Supply Chain) and data structures
Experience across data modelling, reporting, and visualisation solutions
Experience working within delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or similar)
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Strong communication skills across technical and non‑technical audiences
Experience working in client‑facing environments
Ability to work on engagements requiring UK Government Security Clearance
, or eligibility to obtain it
