Aspect Resources is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead multiple high-value ICT procurement projects in a complex public sector environment. The role involves managing a defined portfolio of Digital procurement activities and requires extensive operational procurement experience within ICT, particularly with products and services.
The ideal candidate will have proven success in delivering high-value tenders, strong stakeholder management abilities, and a MCIPS qualification or equivalent. This role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week on site in London.
