Wearelookingfora Sales Leadtoownanddrivethefullsalescycleat NOAH.Thisroleisidealforambitiouscommercialprofessionalswhothriveinafast-pacedstartupenvironment,andareeagertoshapethegrowthengineofascalingfintech.
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillplayacriticalroleinbuilding,managing,andscalingoursalesfunction—workingcloselywiththeco-foundersandsupportingtheteamtodeliversustainablerevenuegrowth.
- Owntheend-to-endsalescycle:outreach,relationship-building,negotiation,and closing.
- Contributetothedevelopmentandscalingofthesalesfunction:implementrepeatableprocesses,tools,andplaybooksforefficiency.
- Supportwithbankingandpartneronboardingstoensuresmoothintegrationsandclientsuccessfromtimetotime.
- Workdirectlywiththe Sales Leadtodefinesalesstrategy ,targets,and priorities.
- Manageandmentorjuniorsalesmembers,providingguidanceandsupportingtheirdevelopment.
- Implementprocessestobettertrackpipeline,performance,and reporting.
- Builddeepclientrelationships,ensuring
NOAHispositionedasalong-termtrustedpartner. - Identifyandunlocknewrevenueopportunitieswithinexistingandnewmarkets.
- Strongtrackrecordin B2
Bsales,ideallywithinfintech,payments,orSaaS. - Provenexperienceinowningandclosingenterprise-levelsalescycles.
- Abilitytodesign,implement,andoptimisesalesprocessesfromscratch.
- Exceptionalcommunicationandnegotiationskills.
- Experiencemanagingupwards(toseniorleadership) anddownwards(mentoringjuniorteammembers).
- Comfortworkinginastartupenvironment:proactive,resourceful,and execution-focused.
