NetSuite Data Migration Consultant

Overview

A growing business is seeking a hands-on Net Suite Data Migration Specialist to support a critical phase of their ERP journey. This role is highly focused on data migration execution, not broader system configuration or consultancy.

You will take ownership of the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded into Net Suite in line with best practice and the correct module sequencing.

• Lead the full ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process for Net Suite data migration
• Prepare, build, and validate data templates aligned to Net Suite requirements
• Execute data loads in the correct sequence (Projects, Fixed Assets, Finance, Time)
• Manage data mapping, cleansing, and transformation from legacy systems
• Oversee data validation, reconciliation, and sign-off processes
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data
• Identify and mitigate risks related to Net Suite triggers, dependencies, and data integrity

• Proven experience delivering Net Suite data migration projects end-to-end
• Strong understanding of Net Suite data structures, templates, and import processes
• Clear knowledge of module load sequencing and system dependencies
• Experience across key areas including:
  • Projects
  • Fixed Assets
  • Finance
  • Time & Expenses
• Hands-on capability with data extraction, transformation, and mapping
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, validation, and sign-off governance
• Ability to work at pace and start immediately
